Relocation webinars for personnel and families

To support ADF personnel and families posting to a new location in 2026/27, Defence Member and Family Support (DMFS) is delivering a series of relocation webinars in September and October.

The webinars will provide practical, location-specific information to help members prepare for the move, reduce uncertainty and settle into a new community. 

They will encompass housing and relocation, education and childcare, health and wellbeing support, partner employment opportunities and support, local services and amenities, community connections, lifestyle and recreation opportunities and DMFS support services. 

Defence families already living in the community will also offer their insights and experiences.
